Sanad Senior Services offers case management and support to immigrant, newcomer, refugee, and racialized seniors aged 55 and older. Our community service worker assists with housing, medical coordination, and connecting to other services.
Cross Cultural Development Services
Sanad Cross Cultural Developmental Services offers case management and support for children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities. To qualify, individuals must have a confirmed diagnosis. Register now and a community service worker will assist you or your client with employment, housing, recreation, and other essential services.
