Sanad Senior Services provides essential support and case management to immigrant, newcomer, refugee, and racialized seniors in the Hamilton region. To be eligible, you/your client must be over the age of 55. By clicking the register button below and filling out our intake form, you can expect the support of a community service worker to help you/your client navigate ways to meet needs such as finding housing, maintaining housing, medical coordination, connecting to other services, and much more.
