Designed to create a welcoming environment where newcomers, immigrants, and refugee youth with developmental disabilities can engage in recreational activities, and develop community and belonging while promoting social inclusion and personal growth. The project aims to empower participants through skill-building and self-expression, break down stigmas surrounding developmental disabilities, and enhance overall well-being through physical activity and emotional support. Through community engagement and collaboration, the program seeks to contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate society.
